I’ve been emailed two “Silk Road” advertisements by friends. One is successful, the other not.
The first was taken in Lebanon. It advertises services for MTC Touch, the country’s largest mobile phone operator. The operator has used characters from a number of Silk Road languages (Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, etc) to create the English-word “roaming”. Very neat.
The second was taken in Singapore. It advertises a package of frozen pork imported from Australia.
